DAILY CAMPUS VISITS
Ahoy, and all aboard the Pirate Ship!! We are excited to offer in-person daily visits to our beautiful campus and very much look forward to meeting you!

WHAT TIMES ARE YOUR TOURS?
Our visits are typically offered Monday-Friday:
9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
**Times/availability subject to change**

Our basic visit consists of a 1-hour walking tour of campus with a current student guide, followed by a 30-minute information session given by a member of the admission staff, (1.5 hours total). In addition, high school seniors and prospective transfer students may request additional appointments beyond the tour & information session. (Availability of additional appointments may vary based on academic calendar and current health & safety protocols.)

WHAT IF I WANT TO VISIT WITHIN THE NEXT FEW DAYS?
Our typical registration deadline is 7 days prior to each visit. If you wish to request a visit within the next few days, please contact our office at 1-800-252-3166 or admission@southwestern.edu to inquire about availability. (We’ll do our best to make it work!)

THE DAY I WANT IS BEYOND THE AVAILABLE DATES ON THE CALENDAR. WHAT DO I DO?
We typically open visit slots a few weeks at a time. If you wish to arrange a visit beyond the dates on the calendar, please contact our office at 1-800-252-3166, and we will contact you once we open up visits for your desired date(s).

IMPORTANT NOTE: No Campus Visits from 05/20/24 - 05/31/24
The University's campus will be closed from May 20 through May 31, 2024 for scheduled HVAC maintenance. We will not be offering in-person campus tours during that time. As an alternative, we are offering virtual information sessions during those two weeks at 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Please note that there are two different sessions offered during those times: one specific to admitted students, and a general session. Please be sure to register for the correct session.
