Group Visit Requests

Group Visit
Request Page!
Southwestern offers group visits on select days, at
9:00 a.m.
and
2:00 p.m.
(Monday-Friday). Visits last between 75-90 minutes, depending on the type of experience requested. Note that group visit availability is extremely limited between mid-May to early September due to a limited number of Student Ambassador tour guides.
Please browse the calendar to view the dates open to group visit consideration. Once you have selected a day, please click on the link to complete the request form.
We require all group visit requests be made
at least 3 weeks
in advance of the desired visit date. Please know your visit is
not confirmed
until you receive approval from our office. Allow up to 5 business days for processing.
