Southwestern University Music Scholarship Application

We are excited you want to audition for a music scholarship at Southwestern University! Your first step in the process is to complete this scholarship application, which provides our faculty with important information regarding your musical background and experience.

Once we receive your form, you will receive an email with a link to our Digital Studio, where you will upload your audition videos, for review by our faculty.

This form is for both prospective music majors, as well as non-majors. For music majors, your audition will serve as both a formal audition into the Music major at Southwestern, as well as an audition for the Sarofim Scholarship in Music. For non-majors, the audition serves as the audition for a Performance Award.

Please note this is not the application for admission to Southwestern. If you have not yet applied for admission to Southwestern University, please do so immediately.

Before submitting this form, please make sure you have looked over and understand the audition requirements specific to your instrument for either the Sarofim Scholarship (music majors) or the Performance Award (non-majors).
