Music Audition Application Form

We are excited that you are interested in exploring and deepening your passion for music here at Southwestern University! Submitting this form is the first step in being considered for music-related scholarships/awards.

This form is intended for both:

• Prospective music majors seeking admission to the music major, as well as consideration for the Sarofim Scholarship
• Prospective non-majors seeking consideration for Performance Awards and wish to participate in ensembles at Southwestern

Once you submit this form, here are your next steps in the process:

1) Check your email for a link to the Digital Studio & Scholarship Application (NOTE: you must have submitted an application for admission to Southwestern before you can access the Digital Studio!)
2) Submit your audition videos to the Digital Studio (due by March 1; however early submission is highly encouraged, particularly for prospective music majors)
3)Submit your Scholarship Application form (due by March 1)
4) If you are selected to advance, you will be contacted & invited to complete your process by attending a special in-person event on campus. (In the meantime, save the following dates: February 16, March 9, and April 6)
