Music Audition Application Form

We are excited that you are interested in exploring and deepening your passion for music here at Southwestern University! Your audition will be used to consider you for music scholarships (as a major or non-major), as well as for entry into the music major (music majors only).

This form is to request an on-campus, in-person audition for prospective music majors only. (If you are a prospective non-major looking to audition, follow the instructions for non-majors on this page instead.)

Once you submit this form, here are your next steps in the process:

1) Check your email for a link to the Digital Studio & Scholarship Application
2) Submit your preliminary audition video to the Digital Studio (due by January 6)
3)Submit your Scholarship Application form (due by January 6)
4) If you are selected to advance, you will be contacted & invited to complete your process by auditioning on campus. (In the meantime, save the following dates: February 18 and March 5)
